Seoul: Idol group Girls' Generation's new unit HRS will release its debut digital single, "Skibidi," on Monday, its agency SM Entertainment said. The single will feature two tracks, including the title song "Skibidi" and another track titled "Lowkey in Love."
According to Yonhap News Agency, "Skibidi" begins with house music before transitioning into hip-hop. The lyrics convey a message about forging a new path together. In contrast, "Lowkey in Love" is described as a dance-pop song that showcases the unit's energetic vibe with its retro-inspired sound. The track combines lively brass, a rhythmic groove, and a catchy melody.
Girls' Generation-HRS was formed through Girls' Generation member Hyoyeon's personal YouTube channel, "Hyoyeon's Level Up." The unit consists of Hyoyeon, Yuri, and Choi Sooyoung.
