Seoul:South Korean bond yields experienced a decrease on the morning of October 2, 2026.
According to Yonhap News Agency, the 1-year treasury bond yield decreased by 0.9 basis points to 3.735% from the previous session's 3.744%. The 2-year treasury bond yield fell by 5.1 basis points to 3.916%, down from 3.967%.
The 3-year treasury bond yield also saw a decline of 5.0 basis points, settling at 3.960% compared to 4.010% in the previous session. Meanwhile, the 10-year treasury bond yield decreased by 4.9 basis points to 4.387% from 4.436%.
Yields on the 2-year monetary stabilization bond decreased by 5.2 basis points to 3.917%, while the 3-year corporate bond rated AA- saw a decline of 3.3 basis points, with the yield moving from 4.701% to 4.668%.
