Seoul: The KOSPI 200 index experienced significant declines across numerous major stocks, with most companies closing lower. This trend was evident in several key industrial sectors as observed in the latest trading session.

According to Yonhap News Agency, OCI Holdings closed at 62,100, a decrease of 5,500 from its previous value. LS ELECTRIC saw a substantial drop, ending at 152,900, down by 18,600. HMM also reported a decline, closing at 18,250 with a drop of 1,350. HYUNDAI WIA finished at 40,650, down by 2,150, while Mobis closed at 248,500, marking a decrease of 10,500.

Other notable declines included SamsungHvyInd, which ended at 12,720, down by 1,000, and HD HYUNDAI MIPO, which closed at 110,800, a decrease of 5,300. S-Oil saw a drop to 51,100, down by 3,300, and HANWHA AEROSPACE closed at 642,000, a significant decrease of 60,000. LG Innotek recorded a decline, closing at 130,600, down by 11,300.

LOTTE CHEMICAL Corp ended at 57,100, down by 3,800, while KorZinc experienced a substantial decrease, closing at 673,000, down by 32,000. YoungoneHoldings closed at 86,900, a decrease of 1,100, and S-1 finished at 60,700, down by 900. HANWHA SOLUTIONS saw a decline, ending at 20,200, down by 800.

Hanchem recorded a decrease, closing at 100,400, down by 11,600. DWS ended at 31,200, down by 1,700, while KEPCO was one of the few stocks to see an increase, closing at 22,450, up by 450.

SamsungSecu saw a decline, closing at 42,250, down by 2,800, and SKTelecom finished at 55,900, down by 200. HyundaiElev recorded a decrease, closing at 55,700, down by 2,700, while Hanon Systems ended at 3,230, down by 230. SK closed at 120,700, down by 5,900.

POSCO DX finished at 23,300, down by 900, and IBK closed at 13,790, down by 430. LOTTE SHOPPING ended at 65,100, down by 700, and DONGSUH closed at 24,200, down by 1,350. SamsungE and A closed at 17,950, down by 1,250.

SAMSUNG C and T saw a decrease, ending at 112,200, down by 5,200, while PanOcean closed at 3,190, down by 160. SAMSUNG CARD finished at 39,150, down by 1,400, and CheilWorldwide ended at 17,490, down by 560. LOTTE WELLFOOD closed at 112,500, down by 4,000.

LG Uplus recorded a decrease, finishing at 10,400, down by 150, while SAMSUNG LIFE closed at 77,500, down by 3,400. KT and G ended at 100,500, down by 2,100, and Doosan Enerbility closed at 20,650, down by 2,400. Doosanfc finished at 13,310, down by 1,190, with LG Display ending at 7,770, down by 550. Kangwonland closed at 15,020, down by 600, rounding out a day of mostly declining values on the KOSPI 200.
