Korea Interbank Offered Rates Show Mixed Movement

Seoul: The Korea Interbank Offered Rates (KORIBOR) have displayed a range of stability and slight fluctuations in the latest update provided by Yonhap Infomax, the financial news and information arm of Yonhap News Agency, as of 11:00 a.m.

According to Yonhap News Agency, the rates for different terms have shown minor changes compared to the previous session. The 1-week and 1-month rates have remained steady at 2.75% and 2.77% respectively. The 2-month rate experienced a slight decrease, moving from 2.79% to 2.78%. Similarly, the 3-month rate saw a reduction from 2.80% to 2.79%.

The 6-month rate also declined, going from 2.80% to 2.78%. The most significant change was observed in the 12-month rate, which dropped from 2.76% to 2.70%. These movements indicate a mixed trend in the interbank lending rates, with some tenors remaining unchanged while others have decreased slightly.
