Seoul: The Korea Interbank Offered Rates (KORIBOR) displayed a minor decline in several of its terms as reported by Yonhap Infomax, the financial news service of Yonhap News Agency, at 11:00 a.m. today. The rates remained unchanged for the 1-week term at 2.75%, while the 1-month, 2-month, and 3-month terms each decreased slightly from 2.75% to 2.74%.
According to Yonhap News Agency, the 6-month term rate also experienced a slight reduction, moving from 2.73% to 2.72%. The 12-month term rate saw a decrease from 2.64% to 2.63%.
These subtle changes in the KORIBOR rates indicate a slight shift in the interbank lending environment, reflecting market conditions as assessed by financial institutions in Korea.
