Seoul: The Korea Interbank Offered Rates (KORIBOR) showed minimal fluctuations, with most rates holding steady, as reported by Yonhap Infomax, the financial news and information arm of Yonhap News Agency.

According to Yonhap News Agency, the rates for the 1-week, 1-month, 2-month, 6-month, and 12-month terms remained unchanged at 2.50%, 2.62%, 2.71%, 2.90%, and 2.86%, respectively. Notably, the 3-month KORIBOR saw a slight increase, moving from 2.82% in the previous session to 2.83%.

These rates are crucial indicators for the banking sector, impacting lending and borrowing activities. The stability in most terms suggests a steady economic environment, while the slight uptick in the 3-month rate could reflect minor adjustments in market expectations.
