The agency has outlined that all such content is owned by Yonhap News Agency and is strictly limited to personal and noncommercial use unless written consent is obtained from the agency.

According to Yonhap News Agency, any unauthorized use of their content can result in a compensation claim or lead to civil and criminal lawsuits. The agency advises that any requests to utilize its content beyond the permitted uses should be directed in advance to its Information Business Department.
