Seoul: TKG Huchems Co. reported a second-quarter net profit of 18.1 billion won (US$12.9 million), marking a 15.6 percent decrease from the same period last year.

According to Yonhap News Agency, the company disclosed in a regulatory filing that its operating profit for the quarter increased to 22 billion won from 21.5 billion won a year ago. Despite the drop in net profit, TKG Huchems experienced a 3.4 percent rise in revenue, reaching 290.2 billion won.
