Thai trade representatives discuss with a group of companies producing synthetic stone panels


Chai Wacharong”, Thai Trade Representative, discussed with a group of representatives of a synthetic stone slab manufacturing company, confirming readiness to facilitate all business sectors that come to invest in Thailand, aiming to create joint export value.

The delegation of Inno Stone Co., Ltd. paid a courtesy call on Mr. Chai Watcharong, the Thai Trade Representative. Mr. Chai expressed his delight that the delegation of the company expressed interest in choosing Thailand as an investment base for the establishment of a synthetic stone slab factory for export abroad, especially to the United States, which is considered the largest furniture market. The company is ready to coordinate with relevant agencies to facilitate the process. The Board of Investment (BOI) has policies and measures to promote investment for all business groups interested in investing in Thailand.

Both parties also discussed investment approaches in Thailand. The company representatives saw Thailand’s potential as a base for setti
ng up stone slab manufacturing plants. The trade representatives emphasized that the Thai government is willing to support investors to achieve success and promote business matching to create mutual benefits (Win-Win) for all parties. Thailand is ready in terms of industrial estates, raw materials for production, and Thai workers who can continuously develop their skills. The company representatives agreed to cooperate with Thailand to expand the value of trade together in the long term.

The Thai Trade Representative is ready to work with the company’s delegation to further coordinate cooperation in detail, especially information on investment promotion, rights and benefits available to businesses in each industry category, including support for workers in Thailand.

In addition, trade representatives and company representatives emphasized the promotion of Thai workers by upgrading and emphasizing the development of new skills in line with the industrial sector to increase competitiveness and generate income
