According to Yonhap News Agency, most cities, including Incheon, Suwon, Cheongju, Daejeon, Chuncheon, and Jeonju, will experience similar cloudy conditions with temperatures ranging from 08°C to 13°C and low temperatures dipping to between -4°C and 03°C. The possibility of rain in these areas remains at 30%. Gangneung and Busan are expected to enjoy sunny weather, with Gangneung recording a high of 11°C and a low of 02°C, and Busan experiencing a high of 14°C and a low of 05°C. The chance of rain is minimal, at 0% for Gangneung and 10% for Busan. In Gwangju, Jeju, and Daegu, cloudy conditions will prevail. Gwangju is forecasted to have temperatures between 13°C and 05°C, with a 20% chance of rain. Similarly, Jeju will see temperatures from 15°C down to 11°C, and Daegu will have a high of 12°C and a low of 02°C, both with a 20% chance of rain.
