Nagoya:South Korea's Hwang Seo-hyun secured the gold medal in the women's balance beam event in artistic gymnastics at the Asian Games held in Nagoya, central Japan. This victory marked the second title for South Korea in the sport.
According to Yonhap News Agency, Hwang achieved a score of 14.700 points in the final. She narrowly surpassed Qiu Qiyuan of China, who scored 14.566 points, securing the top position at the Nagoya General Gymnasium.
Mana Okamura of Japan took home the bronze medal with a score of 14.300 points.
