Seoul: South Korean bond yields showed mixed movements during the trading session on November 12, 2024. The yields on various treasury bonds and certificates of deposit reflected slight changes compared to the previous session. According to Yonhap News Agency, the 1-year treasury bond yield decreased by 0.3 basis points, closing at 2.855% from the previous session's 2.858%. The 2-year treasury bond yield also saw a decline, dropping by 0.6 basis points to 2.937% compared to 2.943% in the previous session. Meanwhile, the 3-year treasury bond yield experienced a minor decrease of 0.1 basis points, ending at 2.900% from 2.901%. The 10-year treasury bond yield saw a more significant reduction, falling by 2.4 basis points to 3.014% from the prior 3.038%. In contrast, the 2-year monetary stabilization bond yield showed a slight increase of 0.1 basis points, moving to 2.944% from 2.943%. Additionally, the 3-year corporate bond with a rating of AA- decreased by 0.4 basis points, recording a yield of 3.467% compar ed to the previous 3.471%. The 91-day certificate of deposit yield increased by 1.0 basis point, reaching 3.440% from 3.430% in the last session.
