Seoul: A steel bar collapse at an underpass construction site linked to Yeouido Station has trapped seven workers, according to police reports. The incident was reported at 1:22 p.m., occurring approximately 80 meters underground.

According to Yonhap News Agency, one of the trapped individuals, a man in his 50s, was found in cardiac arrest and was transported to a nearby hospital while undergoing CPR. Efforts are ongoing to rescue the remaining six workers, with police and firefighting officials actively involved in the operations.
