Uijeongbu: Prosecutors have decided not to indict comedian Kim Byung-man on his alleged domestic violence against his ex-wife, officials said Wednesday. The Uijeongbu District Prosecutors Office announced the decision about a week after taking over the case from police, in which Kim was accused of assault and inflicting injuries. According to Yonhap News Agency, the prosecution made the decision not to indict Kim by conducting a comprehensive assessment of the investigation records and evidence.
