Seoul: Poongsan Corp., South Korea's leading producer of copper alloys and ammunition, on Wednesday reported its 2025 net profit of 147.2 billion won (US$101.4 million), down 37.7 percent from a year earlier.

According to Yonhap News Agency, operating income for the year was 297.4 billion won, marking an 8.1 percent decrease from the previous year, as stated by the company in a regulatory filing. Despite the decline in net profit and operating income, Poongsan Corp. reported an increase in annual sales, which rose 10.9 percent to 5.04 trillion won.
