Cheonan: Prime Minister Han Seong-sook on Friday ordered all-out efforts to save lives and treat those injured after a paint materials factory fire in the central city of Cheonan left three people dead, officials said.
According to Yonhap News Agency, the fire broke out at 11:44 a.m., leaving one person dead at the scene and two others initially missing. The missing individuals were later found dead, increasing the toll to three fatalities.
Prime Minister Han directed the mobilization of all available personnel and equipment to extinguish the blaze and rescue affected individuals. She instructed the interior ministry, police, and fire agency to ensure comprehensive support for those injured during the incident.
Additionally, Han emphasized the importance of ensuring the safety of firefighters operating at the scene to prevent further casualties or injuries.
