Vietnamese Prime Minister Pham Minh Chinh had brief meetings with General Secretary of the Communist Party of China Central Committee and President of China Xi Jinping, President of Kazakhstan Kassym-Jomart Tokayev, President of Turkmenistan Serdar Berdimuhamedow, and Prime Minister of Ethiopia Abiy Ahmed on the sidelines of the expanded BRICS Summit in Kazan city of Russia on October 23 evening (local time).
