Gapyeong: A military helicopter crashed in the northern county of Gapyeong on Monday, resulting in serious injuries to the two individuals on board, officials reported. The crash took place at approximately 11 a.m. in the county, which is located around 55 kilometers northeast of Seoul.

According to Yonhap News Agency, the helicopter involved in the incident was identified as the Army's AH-1S model. The circumstances surrounding the crash are currently under investigation by military and local authorities.
