Seoul: Meritz Financial Group Inc. on Wednesday reported its 2025 net profit of 2.35 trillion won (US$1.6 billion), marking an increase of 0.7 percent from the previous year.

According to Yonhap News Agency, the company disclosed in a regulatory filing that its operating profit for the year experienced a decline of 9.9 percent on-year, settling at 2.87 trillion won. Additionally, Meritz Financial's annual revenue saw a decrease of 24.3 percent, totaling 35.25 trillion won.
