MEA or Metropolitan Electricity Authority will be closed in all locations on Chulalongkorn Day, Wednesday, October 23, 2024. Electricity bill payment services will still be available at the counters of 3 Government Centers:
Central Plaza Westgate Shopping Center, Fashion Zone, 1st Floor, from 10:00 a.m. to 5:30 p.m.
CentralPlaza Chaengwattana, 3rd floor and The Mall Ngamwongwan, 5th floor, from 10:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m.
Other MEA offices will be open and provide services as usual on Thursday, October 24, 2024, from 7:30 a.m. to 3:30 p.m.
MEA recommends that electricity users use online channels, which are convenient and do not require travel 24 hours a day.
Electricity bills can be paid at 7-Eleven and CenPay stores, including Tops Supermarket, Family Mart, and Central Food Hall branches, or through any payment agent, including e-Payment channels such as the MEA Smart Life Application, by deducting with Mastercard and Visa credit cards. Interested parties can download the free application from the App Sto
re and Play Store only.
MEA e-Service is an online service that provides a complete range of electrical services, from requesting new electricity, checking electricity usage history, to payment services, 24 hours a day via the website https://meaeservice.mea.or.th/

MEA is also ready to provide services to resolve power outages 24 hours a day.
