Seoul: The Ministry of Land, Infrastructure and Transport dispatched a high-level delegation to Spain and Poland to explore potential infrastructure and development collaborations. The delegation, led by First Vice Land Minister Jin Hyun-hwan, embarked on a four-day mission aimed at fostering international partnerships in infrastructure development.
