Seoul: The KOSPI 200 experienced a day of mixed outcomes as several companies saw substantial fluctuations in their stock prices. Among the companies listed, HD Hyundai Mipo led the gains with an increase of 4,900, closing at 199,100, while Doosan faced the largest drop, declining by 14,000 to close at 576,000.

According to Yonhap News Agency, other notable movements included Hyundai Rotem, which rose by 4,500 to reach 228,000, and HDKSOE, which climbed 8,000 to close at 407,500. On the downside, KIWOOM and LGCHEM both saw significant decreases, each dropping by 12,500 to end at 263,500 and 286,000, respectively.

Additional noteworthy performances included LIG Nex1, which increased by 2,500 to 496,000, and AMOREPACIFIC, rising by 2,000 to 125,400. Conversely, companies like NAVER, which fell by 3,000 to 228,000, and Celltrion, down by 7,300 to 176,900, experienced significant declines.

The overall performance of the KOSPI 200 highlighted a diverse range of outcomes, with some companies achieving gains, while others faced losses, reflecting the volatile nature of the stock market.
