KOSPI 200 Sees Mixed Trading as Mobis and LOTTE WELLFOOD Lead Gains

Seoul: The KOSPI 200 index exhibited mixed trading results on Monday, with several stocks experiencing price increases while others saw declines. Notably, Mobis and LOTTE WELLFOOD were among the top gainers on the Korea Stock Exchange.

According to Yonhap News Agency, Mobis saw a price increase of 1,500 KRW, closing at 285,000 KRW. LOTTE WELLFOOD also reported significant gains, with its share price rising by 2,700 KRW to close at 122,900 KRW. Other notable gainers included Hanchem, which rose by 1,800 KRW to 172,300 KRW, and SAMSUNG SDS, which increased by 1,900 KRW to reach 154,400 KRW.

Stocks experiencing downward trends included HANWHA AEROSPACE, which fell by 1,000 KRW to 938,000 KRW, and Hyundai Elevator, which decreased by 4,800 KRW to a closing price of 79,000 KRW. SK also saw a decline, with its price falling by 1,800 KRW to 186,700 KRW.

Other stocks such as SamsungSecu and KEPCO reported positive performance, gaining 1,100 KRW and 1,050 KRW, respectively. Meanwhile, stocks like SamsungF and MIns and Hanwha experienced declines, with decreases of 1,000 KRW and 1,500 KRW, respectively.

Overall, the trading session highlighted varied performances across different sectors, reflecting the diverse economic activities influencing the KOSPI 200 index.
