Seoul: The KOSPI 200 index exhibited varied movements in its latest session, with companies experiencing both gains and declines. Notably, HyundaiAutoever emerged as the top gainer, closing at 931,000, up by 185,000.

According to Yonhap News Agency, other significant gainers included SamsungElec, which increased by 17,500 to close at 317,000, and LGELECTRONICS, which saw an uptick of 67,500, closing at 293,000. DB INSURANCE and SKC also posted positive changes, increasing by 2,000 and 2,100, respectively.

On the downside, Shinsegae recorded a decrease of 6,000, closing at 515,000. Nongshim's shares fell by 3,000 to 385,000, while Hanwha Aerospace and LS experienced declines of 27,000 and 29,500, respectively. SGBC and NHIS also saw downward movements, with SGBC decreasing by 100 and NHIS by 250.
