Seoul: The Korea Interbank Offered Rates (KORIBOR) saw slight variations across different terms, as reported by Yonhap Infomax, the financial news and information arm of Yonhap News Agency, at 11:00 a.m. today. The rates provide a benchmark for lending and borrowing between banks in South Korea and are closely monitored by financial institutions.

According to Yonhap News Agency, the 1-week KORIBOR remained unchanged at 2.50%. The 1-month rate saw a marginal increase from the previous session, moving from 2.60% to 2.61%. Similarly, the 2-month KORIBOR edged up from 2.71% to 2.72%, indicating a slight upward trend in short-term lending rates.

The 3-month KORIBOR held steady at 2.83%, reflecting stability in the quarterly lending market. The 6-month rate, on the other hand, experienced a slight rise from 2.96% to 2.97%. The 12-month KORIBOR also saw a minor increase, from 3.33% to 3.34%, suggesting a gradual rise in long-term borrowing costs.
