According to Yonhap News Agency, the banner includes the English phrase, "When will the world hold war criminals accountable?" alongside the stark declaration that "the massacre of women and children is neither forgivable nor forgettable." The display also features images of dozens of women and children set against the backdrop of a map of Iran, suggesting a strong message about recent conflicts.

The imagery and text appear to refer to the ongoing conflict involving the United States, Israel, and Iran, particularly highlighting schoolchildren killed in airstrikes.
