Daegu: FC Barcelona wrapped up their South Korean summer tour with a 5-0 victory over Daegu FC on Monday. Stars Robert Lewandowski, Marcus Rashford, and Gavi were among the goal scorers for the Spanish giants in front of 45,183 fans at Daegu Stadium, located 235 kilometers southeast of Seoul.

According to Yonhap News Agency, Barca had previously defeated FC Seoul 7-3 in Seoul last Thursday, with Lamine Yamal and Ferran Torres each scoring twice. Yamal, an 18-year-old sensation, started the match in South Korea and assisted Gavi's opening goal in the 21st minute. After drawing multiple defenders on the right side of the box, Yamal passed to Gavi, who then scored with a left-footed shot into the bottom right corner, giving Barca a 1-0 lead.

The goal came shortly after Daegu FC missed an opportunity to take the lead. Jeong Chi-in's pass from the left wing was mishandled by Barca goalkeeper Joan Garcia, leaving Geovani with an open net. However, Geovani's shot sailed over the goal.

Robert Lewandowski increased Barca's lead to 2-0 in the 27th minute, converting a cross from Gerard Martin. During stoppage time, Ronald Araujo capitalized on a shot by Gavi to make it 3-0.

FC Barcelona changed their entire lineup for the second half. Subs Dani Olmo, Marcus Rashford, and Toni Fernandez combined for the fourth goal, with Fernandez scoring from just inside the box. Despite the rain, Barca's offense continued to excel, and Rashford scored the fifth goal in the 65th minute, assisted by Eric Garcia.

Throughout the second half, FC Barcelona maintained control, spending most of the time in Daegu FC's half. The score could have been higher if not for several impressive saves by Daegu's 21-year-old goalkeeper, Han Tae-hee.
