Seoul: K-pop boy group Tomorrow X Together (TXT) has made an impressive debut at No. 3 on the Billboard 200 with their newest album, "7th Year: A Moment of Stillness in the Thorns."
According to Yonhap News Agency, the album garnered 69,000 equivalent album units in its first week, marking the group's eighth top 10 entry on the esteemed albums chart. TXT's latest release was only surpassed by country singer Ella Langley's "Dandelion" and Morgan Wallen's "I'm the Problem."
Meanwhile, BTS' latest album "Arirang" secured the No. 4 position, achieving 62,000 equivalent album units. This marks a 21 percent decline from the previous week. The album had previously reigned at the top of the chart for three consecutive weeks before dropping to No. 3 the week prior.
The Billboard 200 chart ranks the week's most popular albums in the United States, with rankings determined by equivalent album units. This metric includes physical and digital sales, as well as streaming and digital track downloads that are converted into album sales.
