PM feels honored by Time magazine’s honor of being named one of the most influential people of the future.

At 1:50 p.m. local time in Qatar, which is 4 hours behind Thailand, Ms. Paethongtarn Shinawatra, Prime Minister, gave an interview on the case of Time magazine announcing Ms. Paethongtarn’s name as one of the 100 names of influential people of the future, saying that she felt very honored because it was a foreign media outlet. At first, she did not know the details, only saw the news photos, and thought someone was joking. But when she saw the details, she felt happy and honored because she did not expect it.

The Prime Minister knows that flooding in Chiang Rai is increasing and is in the process of expediting the drainage of water.

Ms. Paethongtarn also gave an interview about the latest flood situation in Chiang Rai Province, saying that she had been informed that there was more flooding. She had relatives living in Chiang Rai, so she asked and found out that there was more flooding. Regarding the r
oads that were previously problematic, they are now back in service. However, with more water coming in, they are currently in the process of expediting the drainage of water.
