According to Yonhap News Agency, "The Odyssey," released on August 5, has also secured its place as the 10th foreign film to ever top 10 million admissions in South Korea. The film is an adaptation of Homer's epic poem "The Odyssey," and it chronicles the challenging journey of Odysseus, portrayed by Matt Damon, who is the Greek king of Ithaca, as he attempts to return home after the Trojan War.

The movie features a star-studded cast that includes Anne Hathaway, Tom Holland, Charlize Theron, and Zendaya, contributing to its wide appeal and box office success. This milestone underscores the film's popularity and the strong reception it has received from South Korean audiences.
