The Constitutional Court informed that there has been a discussion on the petition submitted by the Central Administrative Court to the plaintiffs' arguments, including 2 petitions, requesting the Constitutional Court to rule in accordance with Section 212 of the Constitution, that the Act on the Acquisition of the Senate 2018, Section 36 Section 40, Section 41 and Section 42, which relate to the method of selecting senators. Is it contrary to or inconsistent with Section 107 of the Constitution? The Court saw that the case was a legal issue and there was sufficient evidence to consider and decide, so it ended the investigation according to Constitutional Court Proceedings Act 2018, Section 58, paragraph one, sets the date for oral statements.
