Seoul: Han, a member of the K-pop boy group Stray Kids, has donated 100 million won (US$71,700) to Samsung Medical Center to mark his birthday, the hospital announced Sunday. The significant contribution is set to assist in covering medical expenses for adult patients with severe illnesses, as well as supporting the treatment of child and adolescent patients.

According to Yonhap News Agency, Han expressed his gratitude towards his fans for enabling him to celebrate his birthday through such a meaningful act of sharing. He stated his hope that the donation would reach those in need and provide them with strength and courage.
