South Korea’s Weather Forecast for Sunday: Mostly Cloudy with Rain Expected in Jeju

Seoul: South Korea's weather forecast for Sunday indicates varied conditions across its 12 major cities, with temperatures expected to peak in Jeju and Busan. The forecast predicts a mix of sunny, cloudy, and rainy conditions.

According to Yonhap News Agency, Seoul and Incheon are expected to experience sunny weather with no rain in Incheon and a 20% chance of rain in Seoul. Both cities will see temperatures reaching highs of 29°C and lows of 21°C.

Suwon, Cheongju, Daejeon, Chuncheon, and Jeonju are forecasted to have cloudy skies, with a 20% chance of rain in Suwon, Cheongju, Daejeon, and Jeonju, while Chuncheon has a slightly higher chance at 30%. The temperatures in these areas are expected to range from 28°C to 29°C for highs and 19°C to 23°C for lows.

Gangneung is anticipated to be cloudy with no chance of rain, and temperatures will range from 20°C to 29°C. Gwangju and Busan will also see cloudy weather, with a 30% chance of rain in both cities. Gwangju will experience temperatures between 22°C and 29°C, while Busan will see slightly warmer temperatures, peaking at 30°C.

Jeju is predicted to face rainy conditions, with a significant 70% chance of precipitation. The island will experience the highest temperature range of the day, with lows of 26°C and highs of 30°C. Daegu will also face a 30% chance of rain, with temperatures ranging from 21°C to 29°C.
