Seoul: South Korean bond yields exhibited mixed movements on August 25, 2026. The 1-year Treasury Bond (TB) yield increased slightly to 3.409% from the previous session's 3.407%, marking a change of +0.2 basis points.
According to Yonhap News Agency, the 2-year TB yield decreased to 3.693% from 3.697%, showing a decline of 0.4 basis points. Similarly, the 3-year TB yield fell to 3.830% from 3.836%, reflecting a decrease of 0.6 basis points. The 10-year TB yield also saw a decrease, dropping to 4.320% from 4.335%, a change of -1.5 basis points.
The yields on Monetary Stabilization Bond (MSB) and Corporate Bond (CB) also showed declines. The 2-year MSB yield decreased by 1.7 basis points, moving from 3.743% to 3.726%. Meanwhile, the 3-year CB (AA-) yield slightly decreased to 4.516% from 4.520%, a change of -0.4 basis points.
In the short-term market, the 91-day Certificate of Deposit (CD) yield fell to 2.950% from the previous session's 2.960%, a decrease of 1.0 basis point.
