Seoul: South Korea's exports increased by 6.4 percent from the previous year in the first 10 days of November, data revealed on Tuesday. Outbound shipments totaled US$15.8 billion during the period from November 1 to 10, compared to $14.9 billion recorded in the same period last year.

According to Yonhap News Agency, imports also saw an increase of 8.2 percent on-year, reaching $17 billion during the same timeframe. This surge in imports resulted in a trade deficit of $1.2 billion for the period.
