Seoul: South Korea is set to experience hot weather with predominantly sunny conditions across its 12 major cities on Friday. As temperatures are expected to soar, residents are advised to prepare for the heat, with minimal chances of rain providing little relief from the sun.

According to Yonhap News Agency, the forecast indicates that Seoul will experience a high of 39°C and a low of 27°C with a 10% chance of rain. Similarly, Incheon and Suwon will see highs of 38°C and lows of 26°C, also with a 10% possibility of rain. Cheongju and Daejeon are predicted to have highs of 37°C, with no rain expected in both regions.

Chuncheon will also experience temperatures reaching 38°C, while Gangneung will see a slightly cooler high of 32°C. Both cities are forecasted to have sunny skies with no rain. Jeonju is expected to be one of the hottest areas with a high of 39°C, whereas Gwangju and Daegu will have highs of 38°C and 37°C, respectively, with minimal rain chances.

Jeju is the only city predicted to have cloudy weather, with temperatures peaking at 33°C and a 30% chance of rain. Meanwhile, Busan will experience sunny conditions with a high of 35°C. The forecast across these cities indicates that citizens should be prepared for mostly sunny and hot conditions, with little rain expected to provide respite from the heat.
