Seoul: South Korea's weather forecast for Thursday indicates cold and clear conditions across the nation, with temperatures dropping significantly in many regions.

According to Yonhap News Agency, the country's 12 major cities are expected to experience varying weather conditions, with the majority staying sunny and dry.

Seoul is anticipated to have a high of -1°C and a low of -9°C, maintaining clear skies with no chance of rain. Similarly, Incheon and Suwon will see high temperatures of -2°C and -1°C, respectively, with lows of -8°C and -9°C, and a 0% chance of precipitation. Cheongju will have temperatures ranging from 0°C to -7°C, while Daejeon will see a range of 2°C to -8°C, both under sunny skies.

Chuncheon is expected to be the coldest among the major cities, with temperatures dipping to -12°C, though sunny conditions will persist. Gangneung will experience a high of 3°C and a low of -7°C. Jeonju, with temperatures between 2°C and -6°C, and Gwangju, ranging from 3°C to -4°C, will both enjoy sunny weather, although Gwangju has a 10% chance of rain.

Jeju stands out with a high of 5°C and a low of 3°C, where rain is forecasted with a 60% possibility. In contrast, Daegu and Busan will remain dry and sunny, with Daegu experiencing temperatures from 2°C to -6°C and Busan from 4°C to -4°C.
