Seoul: Seoul Subway Line 1 resumed service at Hankuk University of Foreign Studies Station on Monday after emergency power line repair work that had forced trains to skip the station, the subway operator said.

According to Yonhap News Agency, the station experienced power line issues at 3:45 p.m., with trains bound for Yeoncheon Station passing through the station without stopping and running behind schedule. The repair work was conducted by Korea Railroad Corp. (KORAIL).

KORAIL reported that emergency repairs were completed at 5:12 p.m. Although services resumed, delays continued to affect the schedule. The exact cause of the power line issue remains under investigation, as stated by a KORAIL official.
