Seoul: Samsung SDS Co., the information technology service arm of Samsung Group, announced a strategic reselling partnership with OpenAI to introduce ChatGPT Enterprise to South Korean companies. The collaboration aims to facilitate the adoption of OpenAI's AI tool, ChatGPT Enterprise, among businesses and organizations in South Korea by providing necessary technical support, consulting, and security services.

According to Yonhap News Agency, Samsung SDS intends to enhance its AI business competitiveness by merging its industry expertise with OpenAI's technological strengths. The partnership is expected to broaden the range of services available to corporate clients seeking to integrate AI-driven solutions into their operations.

This reselling agreement is a continuation of the cooperative efforts initiated during a meeting in Seoul between Samsung Group Chairman Lee Jae-yong and OpenAI CEO Sam Altman in October. During the meeting, Samsung and OpenAI agreed to engage in comprehensive collaboration across various domains including chips, data centers, cloud computing, and marine technologies.
