Samsung Electronics Highlights AI-Connected Home Appliances at CES 2025

Las Vegas: Samsung Electronics Co. announced its Home AI initiative, a hyper-personalized solution that combines cutting-edge artificial intelligence with enhanced connectivity at CES 2025. The South Korean technology giant will showcase its innovations in a 3,368-square-meter showroom at the Las Vegas Convention Center, marking the largest exhibition space among corporate participants at the annual technology exhibition, scheduled from Tuesday to Friday.

According to Yonhap News Agency, the Samsung exhibit is themed "AI for All" and will highlight the company's latest AI technologies and SmartThings connectivity solutions for homes. These innovations aim to provide a more personalized AI experience that aligns with various lifestyles. The exhibit will demonstrate how Home AI customizes living spaces by analyzing data collected through the SmartThings platform integrated into numerous Samsung products, including washing machines, TVs, laptops, and smartphones.

Furthermore, Samsung Electronics plans to extend this connected experience beyond homes to include vehicles, ships, and commercial spaces. The SmartThings Pro offers tailored business solutions for apartments, stores, offices, hotels, and other commercial areas, aiming to redefine connectivity in these environments.

In addition to technological advancements, Samsung will emphasize its commitment to accessibility and social responsibility through innovative AI features. One such feature is the upgraded "spoken subtitles" for TVs, which was introduced at last year's CES. This technology is designed to improve content clarity for visually impaired users, demonstrating Samsung's focus on inclusive and accessible technology solutions.
