S. Korean Bond Yields Show Slight Decrease Across All Terms

Seoul: South Korean bond yields experienced a minor decline across various terms on the morning of March 17, 2026. The 1-year Treasury Bond (TB) yield decreased by 0.3 basis points to 2.815%, while the 2-year TB yield dropped by 1.3 basis points to 3.152%. The 3-year TB yield saw a reduction of 0.7 basis points, settling at 3.293%. A similar trend was observed in the 10-year TB yield, which fell by 0.5 basis points to 3.675%.

According to Yonhap News Agency, the 2-year Monetary Stabilization Bond (MSB) yield decreased by 1.0 basis point, reaching 3.134%. Similarly, the 3-year Corporate Bond (AA-) yield experienced a decline of 0.4 basis points, closing at 3.883%. The overall trend indicates a slight downward adjustment in yields across the board for South Korean bonds.
