S. Korean Bond Yields Show Mixed Movements

Seoul: South Korean bond yields experienced mixed movements in the financial markets on the morning of March 31, 2026.

According to Yonhap News Agency, the yields on 1-year and 2-year treasury bonds rose slightly by 0.3 basis points each, bringing their yields to 3.013% and 3.473%, respectively. Conversely, the yield on the 3-year treasury bond fell by 1.3 basis points to 3.529%. The 10-year treasury bond also saw a decline, with its yield dropping by 2.7 basis points to 3.864%.

The 2-year Monetary Stabilization Bond (MSB) yield decreased by 1.9 basis points, settling at 3.435%. Meanwhile, the 3-year corporate bond with an AA- rating saw a minor decline of 0.7 basis points, resulting in a yield of 4.150%.
