Seoul: The KOSPI 200 index experienced a day of mixed performance, with varied movements among its leading stocks. Several companies saw significant gains, while others faced declines, contributing to a dynamic trading session.

According to Yonhap News Agency, NAVER's shares fell by 800 to close at 190,200, while Kakao experienced a rise of 1,150, ending at 38,100. NCsoft's stock increased by 1,300, reaching 149,400, and HANATOUR SERVICE saw a gain of 650, closing at 50,500. Conversely, COSMAX recorded a decrease of 2,900, with a closing price of 192,600.

KIWOOM emerged as a strong performer, climbing 4,700 to 147,200. Hanwha Ocean faced a decline of 3,600, finishing at 76,200. HD Hyundai Infracore added 410, closing at 8,870, while HANMISemi saw a significant increase of 5,600, reaching 83,000.

Other notable movements included DWEC rising by 225 to 3,700, KEPCO KPS gaining 550 to close at 42,950, and LG H and H dropping 3,500 to end at 323,000. LGCHEM improved by 5,000, reaching 210,500, and KEPCO E and C went up by 300 to 61,600. ShinhanGroup and LGELECTRONICS also saw gains, with increases of 1,000 and 1,700, closing at 51,700 and 72,800, respectively.

Further changes included L and F rising by 3,600 to 65,400 and Celltrion decreasing by 6,200, ending at 151,800. TKG Huchems experienced a slight decline of 20, closing at 16,070, while JB Financial Group gained 260, reaching 17,560. DAEWOONG PHARM fell by 5,800, closing at 134,900, and HYUNDAIDEPTST rose by 6,300 to 67,600.

KIH and GS saw gains, with increases of 3,800 and 600, closing at 88,000 and 39,350, respectively. LIG Nex1 experienced a significant drop of 20,500, ending at 381,500, while Misto Holdings decreased by 350 to 37,100. HYUNDAIGLOVIS added 3,100, closing at 109,800, and HANAFINANCIALGR rose by 1,100 to 64,900. Hanwha Life saw a modest increase of 30, reaching 2,675.

Other movements included AMOREPACIFIC dropping by 2,300 to 123,200, FOOSUNG gaining 145 to close at 4,405, and SK Innovation rising by 1,800 to 92,600. POONGSAN faced a decrease of 4,700, closing at 59,700, while KB Financial Group added 200, ending at 92,200. Hansae rose by 190, closing at 11,310, and Youngone Corp increased by 550, finishing at 47,200. CSWIND gained 1,500, reaching 44,250, while KOLON IND added 1,250, ending at 31,400. HanmiPharm decreased by 2,000, closing at 269,500.
