Seoul: South Korean bond yields saw noticeable increases across all maturities on the morning of January 15, 2026, as per the latest data. The 1-year Treasury Bond (TB) yield rose to 2.555%, marking a 3.0 basis point increase from the previous session's 2.525%. The 2-year TB yield increased by 6.3 basis points, reaching 2.891% from 2.828% in the prior session.
According to Yonhap News Agency, the 3-year Treasury Bond reported a rise of 7.4 basis points, with yields at 3.070%, up from 2.996%. The 10-year Treasury Bond also experienced an increase, climbing 5.4 basis points to 3.472% from the former level of 3.418%.
In the monetary stabilization bond market, the 2-year Monetary Stabilization Bond (MSB) yield rose to 2.924%, up by 5.9 basis points from 2.865%. Similarly, the 3-year Corporate Bond (CB) with an AA- rating saw yields rise by 5.7 basis points to 3.538%, up from 3.481%.
