South korea: South Korea and Indonesia have engaged in discussions to advance development aid projects in a more integrated and effective manner during their routine policy dialogue, the foreign ministry announced.

According to Yonhap News Agency, the fourth bilateral policy talks on official development assistance (ODA) occurred on Wednesday. The meeting was attended by Lee Kyoo-ho, director general for development and cooperation, and Putut Hari Satyaka, Indonesia's deputy minister for development and financing at the Ministry of National Development Planning.

The discussions focused on pursuing ODA projects that are both integrated and effective, as well as addressing challenges faced by organizations involved in current ODA initiatives.

Additionally, the two nations agreed to establish a regular consultative body involving the South Korean Embassy in Jakarta and Indonesia's development planning ministry, known as Bappenas. This initiative aims to promote more accountable and field-oriented project management.
