Rose and Bruno Mars Open 68th Grammy Awards with Electrifying Performance of ‘APT.’

Los angeles: BLACKPINK's Rose set the stage ablaze at the 68th Grammy Awards with a dynamic performance of her global hit "APT.," featuring the charismatic presence of U.S. pop sensation Bruno Mars. Together, they launched the ceremony at the Crypto.com Arena, captivating the audience with their energy and chemistry.

According to Yonhap News Agency, the performance took place on Sunday night (U.S. time), where Rose donned a striking white sleeveless top and tie. Her playful interaction with Mars, including a kiss on his cheek while he played the guitar, enthralled the audience. The duo's coordination was on full display as Rose swayed to the music and kneeled during the song's climactic bridge, sharing a single microphone for the powerful refrain, culminating in a warm embrace.

The performance resonated with global pop stars in attendance, such as Billie Eilish, Miley Cyrus, and Bad Bunny, who were seen singing along and clapping to the beat. Rose's impact at the Grammys extended beyond her performance as she was nominated for two prestigious categories: Song of the Year and Record of the Year. Although she did not win the Best Pop Duo/Group Performance, her presence was undeniably felt.

The ceremony also showcased other notable acts, including a joint performance by Hybe's U.S.-based girl group Katseye, nominated for Best New Artist. Furthermore, Broadway talents Darren Criss and Helen J. Shen graced the stage with "Maybe Happy Ending" from the musical of the same name during the Premiere Ceremony.
