Seoul: South Korea is expecting widespread rainfall across its 12 major cities on Sunday, with temperatures remaining moderate.
According to Yonhap News Agency, the forecast predicts a consistent chance of rain across most areas, with temperatures ranging from highs of 21 to 29 degrees Celsius and lows between 18 to 24 degrees Celsius.
In the capital city of Seoul, residents can expect a high of 23 degrees and a low of 20, with a 60% chance of rain. Incheon and Suwon share a similar forecast, both anticipating a 60% likelihood of rain with highs of 23 and 22 degrees, respectively.
Other cities, including Cheongju and Daejeon, will also see temperatures peaking at 22 degrees and lows hovering around 20 degrees, with rain probability at 60%. Chuncheon, slightly cooler, will have a high of 21 degrees, while Gangneung is likely to experience more intense rainfall with a 70% chance.
Southern cities like Jeonju, Gwangju, and Busan expect temperatures in the mid-20s, with rain chances consistent at 60%. Jeju is set to be the warmest of the forecasted cities, with a high of 29 degrees and a 60% chance of rain. Daegu is predicted to reach a high of 24 degrees, also with a 60% probability of precipitation.
