Seoul: President Lee Jae-myung's eldest son, Dong-ho, was married in a private wedding ceremony in Seoul on Saturday, with family members, relatives and close friends in attendance. Several political figures, including lawmakers from the ruling Democratic Party (DP), as well as former colleagues from President Lee's early days working at a watch factory, were also present at the ceremony.

According to Yonhap News Agency, DP lawmaker Park Hong-keun, who served as the DP's floor leader during President Lee's tenure as party leader, described the president as appearing happy but becoming "emotional while offering words of blessing to the groom and bride," according to a post on his Facebook page.
