Prime Minister Pham Minh Chinh held separate meetings for President of Uzbekistan Shavkat Miromonovich Mirziyoyev, President of Belarus Aleksandr Lukashenko, Chairman of the Eurasian Economic Council (ECC) Board Bakytzhan Sagintayev, Cuban Foreign Minister Bruno Rodríguez Parrilla, and President of Venezuela Nicolas Maduro on the sidelines of the expanded BRICS Summit in Kazan city of Russia on October 24 afternoon (local time).
