Kuala lumpur: Petroliam Nasional Bhd (Petronas) has appointed T7 Global Bhd's subsidiary, T7 Intelligent Resources Sdn Bhd, as a Petronas panel contractor for third-party professional and support services for the Petronas Group.

According to BERNAMA News Agency, in a filing with Bursa Malaysia, T7 Global stated that T7 Intelligent Resources received a letter of appointment from Petronas on January 1, 2026. The appointment is valid for a period of two years.

T7 Global announced that its subsidiary received Petronas' approval on February 20, 2026, to release the announcement regarding the appointment. The company added that this appointment is expected to contribute positively to its earnings and net assets for the financial year ending December 31, 2026, subject to the issuance of work orders by Petronas.
